Starting my new blog series, I hope this time I will stick to it till the end as its my 4th or 5th blog since my childhood. The single most reason why I'm not able to go far was my lack of "Persistence'
so lets begin this blog by addressing this topic.

Persistence
A very common  word to use in our dialect but a very hard one to implement in our lives. We often use it with words like-determination, will power, never die spirit' but usually end up our lives without it atleast most of us.

Many artists and authors have called lack of persistence one of the biggest sins for an artist. A Sin which an amateur artist possess and has to lose it in order to metamorphose into a pro.

Its hard, very hard but not impossible and to break this artistical sin of our times we have to take small very small steps that are insiginificant in terms of effort but significant in terms of progress. Many people call it "Atomic steps" these atomic steps once compounded on a daily basis have significant returns .

Authors like 'Steven King and many more use this  step to stick to their goal of writing as much books as they can in one year. S.King told in  an interview that he writes 6 pages daily irrespective of any circumstances. Also Steven Pressfield in his book - 'The War of Art" stated that ' The Professional knows that the mundane physical act of siting down and starting to work, sets in motion a mysterious process that produces inspiration . The Amateur waits for inspiration but the professional know that it will come after he start".

So what you can take from this is that you have to make small atomic steps on daily basis and eventually it will lead you to take larger steps. Like for e.g - If you want to loose weight start by just wearing shoes and going for 100-500m walk, that's it follow it for few days then turn those 500m walks into 2-3km walks and eventually into 2-3 km running but if you try to achieve the goal of running 2-3km daily from start then you are most likely to give up in few days and that;s why these atomic steps play a crucial role.

Build that persistence around your craft/goal/project and eventually you will end up doing the impossible.

Life that matters.

28th March, 2020 Saturday 05:15 p.m (IST) Life that matters . Scientists, philosophers and many great thinkers have consumed their whole lives in search for meaning of life.To understand the answer, We have to understand why we care about this question in first place or why only humans care to find the answer?    We Sapiens have great power of imagination and its the one of the most important power we have, followed by emotional intelligence and cooperation. We learn from our past and we plan for our future while living in present. Its been rightly said that our mind is itself  "a time travelling machine"- one second we can reconcile our memory from our childhood and the other second we can think for an event going to happen in few weeks and this power of jumping in from past to present to future has given us the natural curiosity to understand everything around and to relate it with our past, present and future. Like for e.g. If a hunter/forager luckily gets chop

Develop or Die

2nd April 2020 08:05 p.m (IST)      Develop or Die In our daily mundane lives we never ever give a single thought about the extra-terrestrial life just like the native Indians in central america never thought of European settlers the so called "Explorer's"coming to their land an then throwing them out of the picture not just because of any hate, but just because "They can so they did" either for more profits or for better efficient system for themselves. Think what if someday we all humans get a visitor - an alien Columbus  with its troop of hundreds others, then what options are we left with? Lets discuss this today. So according to soviet astronomer - Nikolai Kardashev, We can measure the technological advancement of a particular civilization based on the amount of energy they are able to use. He called this scale - KARDASHEV SCALE, and according to this we can group all alien civilization into 3 groups. A  Type I civilization , also called
